[ms4w-users] apache does not start (ms4w/Apache/conf/httpd.conf)

I see the problem.  Please edit /Apache/conf/httpd.conf and comment 
line#127 (such as: #LoadModule fcgid_module modules/mod_fcgid.so)
and restart Apache.  I will upload these changes so others aren't hit by 
this error.
