[ms4w-users] Version 2.3.1 SQL2008 error

I have a layer in SQLServer2008.  I've just upgraded to the latest MS4W
(v 2.3.1) and now get this error:

loadCustomLayerDLL: General error message. Failed to load dynamic Layer
LIB: C:/ms4w/Apache/specialplugins/msplugin_mssql2008.dll msGetSymbol():
General error message. Can't find requested entry point:
PluginInitializeVirtualTable in lib MZ

Could I have missed something in upgrading?
