[ms4w-users] MapServer 5.2.0 Upgrade Package Available

Current MS4W users can upgrade to the MapServer 5.2.0 release with an  
upgrade package now.   For more information (link, instructions,

Also, a new MS4W release will occur soon containing that MapServer  
version, plus upgrades to Apache, PHP, GDAL, etc.
