[ms4w-users] problem with using Arabic language again!!!

I was actually testing with an Arial font and "ENCODING CP1256" in the
LABEL object, and it successfully displayed Arabic text in the map
image. So I guess I have not specifically tested your UTF-8 issue. I
suggest that you create a very small test zip archive, including a
single map layer and a small shapefile, that reproduces your problem,
and include screengrabs of the incorrect map image as well as how it
should appear...and submit this to the mapserver-dev mailing list so the
developers can try to reproduce your problem.
