[ms4w-users] problems with 2.2.9

Hi: using http://www.maptools.org/dl/ms4w/ms4w_2.2.9.zip, when I
C:\ms4w\setenv.bat, and try ogrinfo from the DOS prompt, I get the
following Popup window

"""
ogrinfo.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point TIFFMergeFieldInfo could not be located in the
dynamic link library libtiff.dll
"""

I get the same thing when trying to run gdalinfo, and anything in
\ms4w\toosl\gdal-ogr for that matter.

Any suggestions?
