[ms4w-users] plz help..my raster cannot be displayed!

hi all,

can anyone please help me? i cannot display my raster in my map. when i run the
"http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms4w/apps/skripsi/minut.map&mode=map"
it gives me a white-blank page. 

here's my map config:
