[ms4w-users] Instructions to install MS4W to work with IIS7 Windows 2008

Hello.  Originally we installed MS4W on a windows server 2000 machine
working with IIS5.  That was MapServer 4.8.  Our Windows Server 2000
machine died.  Now we want to install the same version of MapServer on a
Windows 2008 machine running IIS7.  Trying to use the same instructions,
we are finding too many differences to be successful.  Is there anyone who
can help us make this work?
