[MS4W-Users] help apache-install.bat

Hello Sylvia,

If you are using Windows7 or Vista, before opening the Command Prompt 
window, you must right-click on the Command Prompt shortcut and select 
"Run as administrator".

Also, you might want to use the latest MS4W version instead (3.0 beta 11).
