[MS4W-Users] FastCGI error ([warn] mod_fcgid: process graceful kill fail, sending SIGKILL)

Hi, ms4w list!

I'm using MS4W 3.10 beta on Windows XP. 

When I work with MapServer over CGI everything is OK.
But when I use FastCGI, there is a standard Windows error report: "mapserv.exe has generated errors and will be  closed by Windows" and so on...

When I look to apache/logs/error.log there are many lines:
[Thu Mar 11 16:35:52 2010] [warn] mod_fcgid: process 4104 graceful kill fail, sending SIGKILL
[Thu Mar 11 16:35:52 2010] [warn] mod_fcgid: process 5188 graceful kill fail, sending SIGKILL
.........................
[Thu Mar 11 16:36:32 2010] [warn] mod_fcgid: process 5984 graceful kill fail, sending SIGKILL

And for each warning Windows show me error report.

Does anybody know anything how to fix this problem?
