[MS4W-Users] Question about Tilecache + MapServer

Is it possible to use this package "Tilecache MapServer (WMS-C tilecache through MapServer)" to be used by Desktop GIS apps such as uDIG, gvSIG or Qgis.

If it's possible, how??
