I understand it is not a ms4w issue. I have an old version of MS4w and I'm 
waiting my new server to upgrade.

Do you know how I can make it works?
As I said In \ms4w\Apache\cgi-bin\php.ini I have this:
extension=php_pgsql.dll and this dll is in \ms4w\Apache\php\ext

Should I move the dll somewhere so php.exe sees it?
