[MS4W-Users] mod_rewrite load but not usable

Dear list,

I'm new here, I need help, I have uncomment mod_rewrite modules in httpd_conf, and it's loaded (I check it using httpd -t -D DUMP_MODULES),but as I try to use it with a free CMS (SilverStripe),the CMS said mod_rewrite is disabled, I try to use the CMS using xampp server and it works fine, is there any configuration that I missed to fully run mod_rewrite module in MS4W apache server?

Env:
1. Windows XP SP2
2. MS4W 3 beta 11
3. PostgreSQL 8.4
4. SilverStripe 2.4.0
