[MS4W-Users] ms_iogetstdoutbufferstring() returns "empty image"

OK it took me a while to get around to test a map file without plug-in
dependent data sources.  So by now I've tested with mapserver 6 beta3 and
beta 6.

Result: 

ms_iogetstdoutbufferstring() still returns "empty image" when used with
getmap request
