Hello Mark,

The MS4W installer is compiled for 32bit; if you require a 64bit version
please do contact me directly and we can discuss moving forward with a
cost estimate.  It is through support/funding like this that you and
others are able to use MS4W for your clients for free (and how MS4W is
maintained/kept uptodate).

On a Windows 32bit system you would follow the simple steps to enable
FastCGI
(http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=README_INSTALL.html#f-fastcgi).

Others on this list may be able to provide you with workaround steps.
