MS4W 3.0.6 is available now at:

This release fixes the issue of an old zlib library still be used by a
few other libraries by mistake. Thanks Donald for reporting!
The relevant MS4W changelog is:

- replaced GNU RegEx library with PCRE library (ticket 2365)
