[MS4W-Users] Hello!

Hello ms4w users!
I have a problem!
I need to tileindex
when i run  : gdaltindex tiff_index.shp data/*.tif
i see the message:

this application has failed to start because gdal19.dll was not found. Re
-installing the application may fix this problem.
what can i do?
