[MS4W-Users] mapcache - remove wgs84 and google grid

Hello

How do we turn off the google and wgs84 grids in MapCache, which is bundled in MS4W 3.1.0-beta?  I do not want to use these grids from automatically displaying when I add mapcache to ArcMap.
