[MS4W-Users] Issue in configuring Mapserver for windows

 I  installed MapServer for Windows - MS4W[http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/]
On loading map file from browser, I am getting unable to access file error. Can anybody know about this issue?

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?mode=map&map=C:\world_mapfile.map

Error:
msDrawMap(): Image handling error. Failed to draw layer named 'world_adm0'. msShapefileOpen(): Unable to access file. (C:\world_adm0.shp) msShapefileOpen(): Unable to access file. (C: \world_adm0.shp)
