<P>After installing ms4w and editing the index.phtml file lines 41 and 43,the links under the heading Features mapserv 3.6.6 and mapserv 4.0-dev are all working.</P>
<P>The resulting page displays "<FONT color=#0000ff>No query information to decode.Query_String is set,but empty."</FONT>What can I do or what am I suppose to do.Does this mean that I can start my own project or a new project?if so then how?#</P>
