Your problem seems to come from the fastCGI module. Go

After it's installed, you can test if the module loads correctly

httpd -t -D DUMP_MODULES<br>

and see if your fastCGI module is there.<br>
<br>
A tip ( but I think you already know that ) : when you <br>
start/restart/stop apache, be sure do it in a command window and not by

clicking on the .bat file in windows mode. That way, you will be
able <br>
to see if there is any error message.<br>
