Try downloading the appropriate PIL version from their website (can't remember but try <FONT color=#008000><A href="http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/">www.pythonware.com/products/pil/</A></FONT>) and installing it. It helped me when I was using a python tool with my application. It was always giving errors till I installed the PIL. All the best.<BR>
