<DIV>I am trying to install ms4w_3.0_beta10 on a Windows Server 2003 machine. This is an upgrade from an earlier ms4w based on Apache 2.2.9 and Mapserver 5.2.0. When I try to run the apache-install.exe, it fails, and gives a message to the effect that it is unable to execute the file. The problem relates to the line:</DIV>

<DIV>Trying to execute this from a CMD window says the System is unable to execute this file.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Checking in Windows Event Viewer mentions Microsoft.VC90.CRT. The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Has anyone come across this before? Are there particular MS Visual C Runtime dlls that need to be on the system?</DIV>
