Try downloading the appropriate PIL version from their website (can't remember but try <font color="#008000"><a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/">www.pythonware.com/products/pil/</a></font>) and installing it. It helped me when I was using a python tool with my application. It was always giving errors till I installed the PIL. All the best.<br>
