Oh, sorry.  I couldn't tell from the ChangeLog entry.  No, that
shouldn't go in the source tar file.

Should I contact you or the whole list about any packaging
issues?  (e.g. proj-4.3.3 didn't build a dynamic library and I
think you do, and I may have questions).
