[OSRS-PROJ] how to use proj 4. in c/c++ program?

I have not found any document about how to use proj 4. as a library in my 
program. I know, that it works like that, but I don't know how. Where I can 
find an information about that? I use gcc and a russian clone of Red Hat Linux 
7...
