[OSRS-PROJ] How to add new ellposid?

Hello,
pj_ellps.c is the likely place to update the ellipsoid.
I have being planning to add all the OpenGIS-defined
ellipsoid too.

If you are using the C++ wrappers in OGR you will need to
update a similar structure there too (just copied from Proj4).
