[OSRS-PROJ] proj.4 cvs and ftp acting funky?

I don't have the CVS sources, but you can get the 4.4.5 sources from any
Debian GNU/Linux mirror, e.g.

http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/proj/proj_4.4.5.orig.tar.gz

To find that, you'd visit www.debian.org, click on the link to
packages, search for 'proj' to reach:

 http://packages.debian.org/unstable/science/proj.html

and then click on the source code links at the bottom.
