i use 
	+proj=omerc +lat_0=46.95240555555556 +lonc=7.439583333333333 +alpha=90 +k=1 +x_0=2600000 +y_0=1200000 +ellps=bessel +towgs84=674.374,15.056,405.346,0,0,0,0 +units=m
the result 

is 

Rel. 4.4.6, 3 March 2003
<proj>:
projection initialization failure
cause: lat_0 = 0 or 90 or alpha = 90
program abnormally terminated
