[Proj] Incorrect translations to the Gauss-Boaga system (resend)

The file does not contain datum transformation parameters for Italy.

You can fetch them from
 http://crs.bkg.bund.de/crs-eu
 -> CRS Description
   -> national European CRS
     -> Italy

or some from GRASS CVS
