Igor,

Melita Kennedy (ESRI) has kindly pointed out that +es is eccentricity squared
while you appear to be using a flattening value for the parameter:

 From Page 9 of of90-284.pdf the earth figure parameters are:

   a - semimajor axis
   b - semiminor axis
   f - flattening
  rf - reciprocal flattening (1/f)
   e - eccentricity
  es - eccentricity squared

Perhaps you should have specified +f=0.00336700336700273?

I don't know if this is your problem, but certainly it would potentially
have a radical effect on your earth figure if you use the wrong parameter.
