[Proj] Sun Executables

Hello Morris
I compiled some PROJ-4.4.9 Solaris 8 binaries there now. Please see 
ftp://ftp.qub.ac.uk/pub/users/paulk/grass/proj-4.4.9-solaris8-bin.tar.gz
(I will leave them there for a day or two).

If you untar the file in the root directory they will install under
/usr/local
