The /usr/local/share/proj/epsg entry for PROJ 4.4.8 anyway is:

This matches the parameters on the web page you indicated except for the
false easting, which is 800,000m on the web page, the PROJ entry is for
the ATS77 datum rather than NAD83.

If you want a CubeWerx 42xxx code, you can have 42313.
