[Proj] Unexplained Absence

Folks,

I must appologise that my proj mailing list subscription was
disabled without my realizing it over a month ago.  Sorry for not
being here to answer questions.  In any event, I have fixed it
and will try to be more responsive. 

And I thought things were just quiet!

PS. I will also be off the internet from May 23rd to June 7th.
