[Proj] Roussilhe Projection

My 0,01 PLN: I'm interested too, in order to compare it's performance 
with other stereographic projections implemented in Frank's Proj.4.

So far I noticed that Polish "System 65" grid (epsg 2171-2174), which by 
by default has stere assigned, performs *much* better when using sterea 
instead (see http://bugzilla.remotesensing.org/show_bug.cgi?id=818). And 
I wonder how rouss would do, especially that Polish geodets use to call 
"System 65" a "quasi-stereographic Roussilhe projection"...
