Frank, if Gerald makes it to include this correction in liproj, do you

I remember. I also remember I wasn't able to help you much then. I was
an absolute newbie to GIS and projections. Since then I've learned
enough, I hope, to be some helpfull in regard of Polish grids now. I
think we can sort out the "System 65" issue together finally.

Right, sterea is a very good match when compared to reference Transpol
1.1. I'd love to compare it to rouss too, if it is going to be ported to
Frank's PROJ.4. Is it?
