[Proj] Dataset mismatch?

Well, I understand what you are saying.  I agree, it can't be just from the
datum correction.  It must have something to do with the pixel coordinate to
NAD83 conversion as well.  The interpolation was bypassing that as well.  With
the datum conversion on every pixel, the "tiny rock spire" mentioned in the
original post now matches up exactly.

However, there is still some error here and there.  But I'm guessing it must be
the datasets themselves.
