[Proj] pj_init() / php_proj.dll

Hi ,
   I  have an old application that uses pj_init() function to project points.  We've recently upgraded to mapscript4.6/php5.0.5, and am now getting an error that php_proj.dll cannot be loaded.. Any help would be appreciated ?
