SUCCESS! My points now agree to less than a millimeter with the expected
results! It was the rot_conv that I needed, I didn't realize that I needed
the gamma angle passed in. I cannot thank you enough for your help! If you
would like a complimentary license for Global Mapper 8, just contact me at
mike at globalmapper.com and I'll be happy to provide you with one.
Thanks,

rot_conv perhaps?
I can reproduce your values by setting the rotation angle to alpha in my
software. The rotation angle should be Gamma, hence my suggestion of
rot_conv.
