[Proj] proj4 debian package unavailable

Hi,
I have been unable to locate the proj4 debian  package yet i have already
installed it  on a different machine (unfortunately i no longer have access
to it..)  using apt-get ..
All the links available on the net (after googling proj4 + debian), lead to
a 404 page ..
Does anyone have an idea of where to find, or just the parameters to use for
apt-get ie. the source (for sources.list) and the package name (to use in
apt-get install <package-name>).
