[Proj] Proj4 InitString for ISG

Hi Jonathan,

The PROJ string is this for NSW ISG Zone 56/1:

+proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=151 +k=0.999940 +x_0=300000 +y_0=5000000 
+a=6378160 +rf=298.25

The datum for ISG is AGD66 I believe.
