[Proj] from EPSG:28992 to EPSG:25832

I have this for converting to RD (I am converting from WGS84):

+towgs84=565.040,49.910,465.840,-0.40939,0.35971,-1.86849,4.0772

and my users are happy with the results. Not sure if this applies for
you. But it is all I can offer.
