[Proj] Minor revisions to geodesic

To correct prototyping conflicts with geod_dmstor and remove a very minor 
memory leak on geodesic plus a couple of adjustments to documentation the 
distribution of geodesic at:

http://members.verizon.net/~gerald.evenden/geod/

has been updated.

Also a README.html just inside geodesic/ gives a more obvious initial access 
to documentation.
