[Proj] Error in make check for version 4.6.1 in test 'testvarious', does not occur in version 4.6.0

Hi All,

We are having a problem with compiling proj4 version 4.6.1, when running 
'make check' a problem occurs in one of the tests:

Is there a problem with 4.6.1 or is there a problem with our 
configuration? We will stay currently at version 4.6.0 which runs fine.
