[Proj] armenian coordinate system

Hi,
I'm new in this list, and it's really helpful!
I'm working on an archaological webgis, and I have some shapefile with
srs unknown.
If I try to check the shp with ogrinfo, I've this output:

I've tried with WGS84/UTM zone 38n, ED50/utm zone 38 n but there's an
error of 2 km about
Can you help me?
The site is in Armenia, the hill has these coordinates: 
lat 40.248838° lon 44.652557°, the topographic documentation was done
with a gps (a
central station with one rover) from a russian university staff
