[Proj] Portuguese Modified Grid - Datum 73

I have been looking through the definition with proj4, as well as
spatialreference.org, and I do not seem to see a proj4 definition for
something called "Portuguese Modified Grid - Datum 73". I have a
description for it, but I do not think it is complete:

Anyone familiar with this?
