GeographicLib, which used to be hosted on my home computer, is now
hosted by sourceforge.  See

for library downloads and documentation.  This site also provides online
calculators for

* UTM/UPS/MGRS conversions
  http://geographiclib.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/GeoConvert

* Geodesic problems
  http://geographiclib.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/Geod

* Geoid heights
  http://geographiclib.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/GeoidEval

(These just run the corresponding GeographicLib utilities.)

I recently released a new version (1.0) which fixes a couple of bugs (in
PolarStereographic and Geoid) and which adds a LambertConformalConic
class.
