Well, I have filed tickets, http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/ticket/65 and
http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/3362 .

Yes, almost.  For the record, I happened to notice that the  -103.7329
in (C) should really have been  -103.7239  ! 
But that's only a 9 millimeter error.  (I corrected that in the
tickets.)
