[Proj] Need Coordinates conversion tool ?

I suppose you refer to this system:

http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/3011/

You can transform to WGS84 geographic coordinates using program cs2cs :

cs2cs +init=epsg:3011 +to +init=epsg:4326
