[Proj] unable to install proj.4 on fedora Linux

I inspected proj-4.7.0.tar.gz and it has this file in the nad directory.
Do you have it?  On the download server I did:

warmerdam at xblade13:/osgeo/download/proj$ tar tzvf proj-4.7.0.tar.gz |grep GL27
-rw-r--r-- 501/501         694 2008-10-18 09:08 proj-4.7.0/nad/GL27

This is one of few upper case files.  Any chance you are doing this on a
filesystem that does not preserve case?
