[Proj] load arcSDE raw data from database and convert to lat/long

No, i double checked and the points seem fine. They are stored in the 
cvs file as X and Y as stated.

I just received a leak that they could be data gathered from navteq 
software. Can it help?

Since all data is in a 20km^2 region i'm also thinking to detect a point 
in lat/long, detect the same point in the unknow data X/Y and then write 
a formula which does the conversion. It will not work worldwide but it 
can work in that region. Do you think that it's feasible?
